Welcome to our bookings page - Please select your pitch and make your booking via the interactive map below
For Group Bookings
We welcome Family Group Bookings (no single gender parties), any groups requiring 4 or more pitch's must call before booking to check eligibility. All groups must read the conduct agreement before booking.
NOTE: Groups that do not seek prior permission will have their bookings cancelled with NO refund.

How to Make a Group Booking (4 or more pitch's)

01844 396301 to discuss your groups booking and to ensure we are happy to take your booking.
Group bookings made without first seeking this will be CANCELLED
Select Pitch's
Search the interactive map above on the date(s) required having selected a pitch type. A green dot shows the location of each available pitch of your desired type that is free.
Make a note
Make a note of the available pitch's that you would like. During the booking process you will NOT be returned to the map so scribble those pitch numbers or names down!
Booking the pitch's
Click on the first pitch you would like to book, at the end of the booking process click on make another booking and then select the next pitch from the drop down. You will not be returned to the map. Repeat the process until all the pitch's booked. Finally you must email camping@orchardviewfarm.co.uk with the details of the pitch's you have booked.
